Ving Rhames Biography
Ving Rhames is an American actor who is famous for his starring role as IMF Agent Luther Stickell in the Mission: Impossible film series.
He is relatively famous for his supporting role as gang kingpin Marsellus Wallace in Pulp Fiction. Adding to his film credits, he appeared in Jacob&#;s Ladder, Dave, Striptease, Con Air, Lilo & Stitch, Stich The Movie, and Leroy & Stitch.
Born and raised in Harlem, New York, he attended and graduated from New York&#;s High School of Performing Arts where he actually developed his love for acting.
After high school, he studied drama at SUNY Purchase which is where he got his nickname Ving from fellow acting student Stanley Tucci.
His first appearance was in the play The Boys of Winter back in He went on to star in the film The People Under the Stairs as Leroy.
Ving also played the bubby of George Clooney in Out of Sight.
