I've been seeing a few people online saying that Pixar and Disney should not make the planned fourth film in the massively successful Toy Story franchise.

Of course, many of the same sort of people thought the third film should not be made either, and Toy Story 3 only went on to become one the highest-grossing films of all time with nearly unanimous critical acclaim.

Beyond box office and reviews, it was also nominated for Academy Awards for Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Sound Editing, as well as winning outright the Oscars for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song.

Pretty good for the third film in a franchise.
